Is my credit card information safe when purchasing products from www.rmiknowledge.com?

Yes, we use 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology from VeriSign to secure all data transfer between your computer and our server.  This insures that your credit card information is always encrypted and safe.

 

I am receiving security warnings from Microsoft when I click to download a video, as well as when I go to “Run” the downloaded video.  Should I be concerned?

Microsoft has taken great strides in protecting your computer from viruses and other malicious software programs, most of which are distributed as executable files.  To help you make a more informed decision about what to run, Microsoft provides you with security warnings before running or saving a file of this type.  Because RMI distributes our videos to you as executable files, Microsoft security subjects our files to the same stringent tests as any other executable file.  In the event of receiving a security warning, rest assured that it is always ok to “Run” or “Save” any file distributed to you by RMI and/or downloaded from www.rmiknowledge.com.

 

What happens if I purchase a product or video to be downloaded and my download fails?

The download is available during your current session only.  If your browser window is still open, click on the link to download your file again.  If all of your browser windows are closed and your session is closed, you will need to contact RMI at orders@rmiknowledge.com for assistance.

 

What versions of the software do all of the products and videos apply to?

All products and videos on www.rmiknowledge.com are for the most current version –ADVANTAGE 4.0.

 

I currently own version 3.60A.  How can I purchase products or videos for my version?

To purchase products or videos for prior versions of the system, please contact RMI at orders@rmiknowledge.com.

 

How long will it take before I receive my non-downloadable purchase?

If you have purchased a product that is not downloadable, such as a Training DVD, we will send your shipment out within 2-3 business days.  Taking into account mailing times, you can expect to receive your purchase within 7-10 days.
